May our long awaited roof started going up! What a thrill! All the rain this Spring has made our progress slower than we'd like, but it's finally getting there. This is going to be so nice, both for us and for the dogs. A roof is great protection for their coats plus it provides great shade. In the winter, we won't have so much snow to shovel in the runs. We have the kennels open on all sides for air circulation and so the dogs can see and we can see them. The back side opens up onto a 3/4 acre fenced in area where the dogs go out to exercise twice a day. We'll upload a picture of the finished project when we get that far.
